Hello amazing world, It's me Chrissy Helmer!If you can't tell I'm so excited to have launched this site & for all that is to come. To all of my friends & tribe that have encouraged me along the way THANK YOU.You might know me as the owner of Eco Chic, crazy visionary, and doer of things like launching, pioneering, and connecting. I'm also that mom in the stands cheering for my 3 kids at baseball, football, basketball, and soccer. I love my city and that is one of the main reasons we opened up doors to our holistic boutique over five years ago and the reason I'm also a city commissioner. I believe that anything is possible and that we should be about it more than we talk about it.If this is your first time ever connecting with me WELCOME and I'm so glad to have you here! On a lighter note here are 7 fun facts about me:

I have been married 15 years.
I love dark chocolate .. my favorite would have to be Raaka or Blue Bottle
I love volleyball and still play city league.
I put a high value on community, self care and boundaries {and yes it's possible to care greatly about each of those}
I'm all about everything organic, local & sustainable.
I have never been to New York {crazy right?!}
I am a certified doula and health educator and have attended countless amazing births in homes, birth centers, and hospitals over the last ten years as I had the honor to support beautiful mamas welcoming new life into this world.

I am looking forward to getting to know you, your heart and your dreams and seeing those things come to pass as we strategize, implement, embrace the process, and celebrate every win and learn from every loss.
